Septic Inspection
Our comprehensive septic inspection includes locating and accessing the tank for a full visual assessment. Once opened, we evaluate the water level to check for potential leaks and examine the condition of the inlet pipe and outlet baffle. We also perform a load test by running water through the system to confirm proper drainage and ensure the drain field is functioning efficiently and in optimal condition.
Commercial Inspections
A commercial building inspection is a thorough assessment of its structural integrity, safety, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing, to identify any potential issues or needed repairs. This process helps property owners and prospective buyers make informed decisions by uncovering defects and maintenance needs.

HVAC Inspection

Wood Destroying Insect Inspection
An HVAC inspection is an evaluation of your furnace, air conditioning units, ductwork, and thermostat functionality. Recommendations for repairs or maintenance can prolong the lifespan of your HVAC system and even improve energy efficiency.
A wood-destroying insect inspection is an examination of your property to identify any signs of pests like termites and carpenter ants. Often required by certain loan types, we can provide this service at the same time, so you don't have to look elsewhere.

Water Testing
We provide a number of water testing services and utilize a state-certified laboratory for all water samples. The most common testing is for bacteria, lead, nitrates, nitrites, and arsenic. Results are received from the laboratory in 2-3 business days.
Air quality testing is the process of taking indoor and outdoor air samples. The samples are sent to a certified labortory for comparison and can provide insight into the potential for hidden mold.
